The design and material of the floor are crucial for broiler growth. A solid, flexible, and hygienic floor prevents breast hematoma, reduces diseases, and decreases bird mortality.
Our floors feature a plastic base embedded with galvanized tubes for enhanced strength. The appropriately sized square grids ensure manure efficiently leaks away without accumulating.
The floor can be easily pulled out, simplifying cleaning and ensuring birds fall onto manure belts for automatic removal when necessary.
Broiler cage floors are easily removable. When withdrawn, broilers fall onto the manure belt, are conveyed to the cross conveyor, and transported to the disc bird-catching machine outside the poultry house for direct casing.
