The design and material of the floor are crucial for the healthy growth of broilers. A solid, flexible, and hygienic floor can prevent breast hematoma, reduce disease incidence, and lower bird mortality.
Our floors utilize a plastic base embedded with galvanized tubes for enhanced strength. Appropriately spaced square grids ensure that manure leaks out instead of accumulating on the floor, promoting a cleaner environment.
The floor can be easily pulled out, facilitating quick and thorough cleaning. This design also ensures that birds fall onto manure belts for efficient, automatic removal during the final process.
The broiler cage floor is designed for easy removal. When retracted, broilers drop onto the manure belt, which then transports them to the cross conveyor. Via the cross conveyor belt, broilers are transferred to the disc birds-catching machine outside the poultry house and can then be directly cased.
