1. Auger Feeding Mode: Feeds are meticulously transported from the silo into the hopper located at the forefront of the battery cages. From there, feeds are swiftly and evenly distributed through level feed lines into the pans on each tier. Each feed sensor ensures chickens have constant access to an adequate food supply.
Our innovative design allows for the height of the pans to be adjusted seamlessly according to the birds' age, promoting healthy and efficient growth.
2. Trolley Feeding Mode: Feeds are transported by the auger into the trolley hopper situated at the front of each row. The trolley then moves to distribute feeds uniformly into the trough of each tier. Additionally, the feed quantity can be adjusted to meet specific requirements.
1)The cage frame is precision-engineered using hot galvanized plates and CNC machinery. This meticulous assembly enhances the cage's structural stability and prevents the manure belt from misaligning.
2) The C-shaped legs, crafted from hot galvanized sheets, are robust and easy to clean. With a spacing of 1206mm between adjacent legs, the frame remains firm and strong.
3)Innovative push-in doors and push-down bird-block boards simplify the process of bird harvesting.
4) The feeding trough is constructed from hot galvanized material, offering superior strength over PVC alternatives.The uniquely designed cart is compatible with our troughs for seamless operation.
5) The stainless steel frame of the scraper ensures a tight fit against the belt, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
The PVC scraper is easily removable for simple cleaning.
A scraper at the end of the manure belt and two secondary scrapers beneath the returning belt ensure thorough manure removal.
