The design and material of the floor are crucial for optimal broiler growth. A robust, flexible, and hygienic floor prevents breast hematomas, reduces disease incidence, and minimizes bird mortality.
Our floors utilize a plastic base reinforced with galvanized tubes for added strength. The appropriately sized square grids ensure efficient manure leakage, preventing accumulation on the floor.
The floor can be effortlessly pulled out, simplifying the cleaning process. This feature also ensures that birds fall onto manure belts for automatic removal at the end.
The broiler cage floor is fully detachable. When removed, broilers fall onto the manure belt, which then transports them via the cross conveyor to the disc birds-catching machine outside the poultry house, ready for casing.
