1) The distance between each leg is precisely 1206mm, the tier height is 590mm, and the overall width, including the feeding troughs, is an expansive 1560mm.
These cages boast a larger bearing capacity and more breeding space. The C-shaped legs, crafted from hot-dip galvanized sheets, not only provide robust support but are also easy to clean.
2) The cage bottom mesh is made of galvanized aluminum wire, which offers high intensity and good elasticity, effectively alleviating chicken fatigue.
Compared to traditional hot-dip methods, our process significantly enhances anti-rust properties while improving surface smoothness to prevent chickens from getting scratched.
3) The sliding door with a secure lock is convenient to open and close, ensuring no layers can escape, and preventing feed from being thrown out of the trough while eating.
4) The cage bottom, made from galvanized aluminum wire, features high intensity and good elasticity with a smooth surface to reduce egg breakage.
5) The cage bottom angle is precisely set at 7°, designed to provide a reasonable rolling angle that significantly reduces the rate of egg breakage.
6) Square drinking pipes are strategically installed on the longitudinal central axis of each tier to save space, supplying water efficiently to layers on both sides, with each able to access two nipple drinkers.
A V-shaped trough below the drinking pipe effectively prevents water from dripping onto the manure belt, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
7) The feeding system utilizes feed trolleys. The reliable driving feeding system, supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rail, ensures each trolley, equipped with two groups of guide wheels, operates smoothly.
The smooth rail and feed trough ensure the guide wheels run without noise, distributing feed evenly and efficiently.
