The design and material of the floor are crucial for the healthy growth of broiler chickens. A solid, flexible, and hygienic floor prevents breast hematoma, reduces diseases, and minimizes bird mortality.
Our floor features a plastic bottom embedded with galvanized tubes for enhanced strength. The properly spaced square grids ensure efficient manure leakage, preventing accumulation on the floor.
The floor can be pulled out with ease, facilitating simple cleanup processes. This design also ensures that birds are gently transferred onto manure belts for automatic removal at the end.
The broiler cage floor is easily detachable. When removed, broilers are dropped onto the manure belt, then transported via the cross conveyor to the disc birds-catching machine outside the poultry house, ready for casing.
