1) Expertly precision-engineered with a leg distance of 1206mm, a tier height of 590mm, and an expansive overall width of 1560mm (including feeding troughs).
These cages boast exceptional bearing capacity and generous breeding space. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized sheets, the robust C-shaped legs offer superior support and are easy to clean.
2) The bottom mesh of the cage, crafted from galvanized aluminum wire, provides high intensity and outstanding elasticity, significantly reducing chicken fatigue.
Our advanced manufacturing process greatly enhances anti-rust properties and surface smoothness, effectively preventing scratches and promoting chicken welfare.
3) Equipped with a sliding door that features a lock, this design ensures ease of use and security for the layers, while preventing feed from scattering during eating.
4) The cage bottom, made of galvanized aluminum wire, delivers superior intensity and elasticity. Its smooth surface significantly reduces egg breakage.
5) Featuring a precise 7° bottom angle, these cages are designed to significantly reduce egg breakage rates.
6) Square drinking pipes run along the longitudinal central axis of each tier, optimizing space while providing water access to both sides. Layers can easily reach two nipple drinkers.
A V-shaped trough beneath the drinking pipe prevents water from dripping onto the manure belt, ensuring optimal hygiene.
7) The feeding system includes feed trolleys equipped with a robust driving mechanism, further supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rails. Each trolley includes two groups of guide wheels.
Smooth rails and feeding troughs ensure the guide wheels operate noiselessly and distribute feed evenly.
