These cages offer superior bearing capacity and ample breeding space. The robust C-shaped legs, crafted from hot-dip galvanized sheets, provide strong support and are easy to maintain.
2) The cage bottom mesh, made from galvanized aluminum wire, delivers high strength and excellent elasticity, effectively reducing chicken fatigue.
Our advanced galvanizing process greatly enhances anti-rust properties and surface smoothness, preventing scratches on the chickens.
3) The sliding door, equipped with a secure lock, simplifies operation and ensures layers remain inside, while feed stays within the trough during meals.
4) The galvanized aluminum wire cage bottom offers high strength and elasticity, and its smooth surface significantly reduces egg breakage.
5) The 7° angle of the cage bottom is meticulously designed to offer an optimal rolling angle, minimizing egg breakage rates.
6) Strategically placed square drinking pipes along the central axis of each tier save space and provide water to both sides, with each side having access to two nipple drinkers.
A V-shaped trough beneath the drinking pipe efficiently catches drips, keeping the manure belt dry.
7) The feeding system features reliable feed trolleys supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rails. Each trolley is equipped with two sets of guide wheels.
The smooth rails and feed troughs ensure the guide wheels run quietly and distribute feed evenly.
