1) The distance between each leg is precisely 1206mm, the tier height is 590mm, and the overall width, including the feeding troughs, is an expansive 1560mm.
Boasting a larger bearing capacity and more breeding space, these cages feature C-shaped legs made from hot-dip galvanized sheets. These legs provide robust support and are easy to clean.
2) The cage's bottom mesh, made of galvanized aluminum wire, offers high intensity and superior elasticity, effectively reducing chicken fatigue.
Our advanced process significantly enhances anti-rust properties compared to traditional hot-dip methods, while improving surface smoothness to prevent chickens from getting scratched.
3) The sliding door with a secure lock is easy to open and close, ensuring no layers can escape and feed is not thrown out of the trough.
4) The cage bottom, constructed from galvanized aluminum wire, boasts high intensity and excellent elasticity. Its smooth surface helps to lessen egg breakage.
5) The cage bottom is angled at 7°, providing an optimal rolling angle to minimize egg breakage rates.
6) Square drinking pipes, installed along the longitudinal central axis of each tier, save space while supplying water to both sides. Layers on both sides can access two nipple drinkers.
The V-shaped trough below the drinking pipe prevents water from dripping onto the manure belt, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
7) The feeding system utilizes feed trolleys with a reliable driving mechanism. Supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rails, each trolley is equipped with two groups of guide wheels.
Smooth rails and feed troughs enable the guide wheels to run seamlessly without noise, ensuring even feed distribution.
