1) The distance between each leg is precisely 1206mm, the tier height is 590mm, and the overall width, including the feeding troughs, is an expansive 1560mm.
These cages boast a larger bearing capacity and more breeding space. The C-shaped legs, crafted from hot-dip galvanized sheets, not only provide robust support but are also easy to clean.
2) The cage bottom mesh is made of galvanized aluminum wire, which offers high intensity and good elasticity, effectively alleviating chicken fatigue.
Compared to traditional hot-dip methods, our process significantly enhances anti-rust properties while improving surface smoothness to prevent chickens from getting scratched.
3) The sliding door with a lock is convenient to open and close, ensuring that no layers can escape and feed is not thrown out of the trough during eating.
4) The cage bottom, made from galvanized aluminum wire, has high intensity and good elasticity. The smooth surface helps to reduce egg breakage.
5) The cage bottom angle is set at 7°, providing a reasonable rolling angle designed to minimize egg breakage rates.
6) Square drinking pipes are installed along the longitudinal central axis of each tier of cages to save space while supplying water to both sides. Layers on both sides can access two nipple drinkers.
A V-shaped trough placed below the drinking pipe prevents drinking water from dripping onto the manure belt.
7) The feeding system uses feed trolleys with a reliable driving mechanism supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rails. Each trolley is equipped with two groups of guide wheels.
Smooth rails and feed troughs allow guide wheels to run smoothly without noise, ensuring even feed distribution.
